顕微鏡画像取得のためのsoftwareは売れる数が少ないために、hardwareキーとSerial番号でがちがちにプロテクトがかかっている上に高い割には、使えないことが多いようです。以前、使ったことのある SlideBookというsoftware では、2Gbyte以上のSPOOLファイルを作っても読みこめないバグがあり、いつまでたっても修正されません。そこで、このSPOOLファイルを分割するtoolを作りましたが、作ってからかなりたつので公開します。でも、使う人は恐らくいないでしょう。

とするとおなじディレクトリにGFP_.spl.1 GFP_.spl.2 と連番で分割ファイルが生成されます。Javaでバイナリファイルを扱う方法の参考となるかもしれません。
