インバータ式蛍光灯の回路は何種類かあるが、今回取り上げるのはNE555等のICを使用しないタイプである。 同じタイプの回路を使用したODS-27S(回路)は 発火の恐れで 回収になったらしい。 発信周波数が回路素子に依存するタイプの共振回路は、経年劣化によって発振しなくなったり、印加電圧がうまくコントロールされなかったりして、安定した品質を維持するのは難しいと思われる。
1N4007による倍電圧整流回路の電源と共振回路によるスイッチングで、安定器の定数やトランスの定数が不明なので詳細は分からないが、 だいたい50kHzくらいで発振すると思われる。

I'm a snob but I had a similar problem with the Sun Java application server a
few years ago and it took Sun 3 months to admit they didn't know the
answer....
